Daisy, time your Kettleworx sessions -I think they run to about 25 to 26 mins with the warm up and cool down. I used to record them as 20 minutes but now I record each as 25 mins. Every little helps! :D

Ouch, I know how you feel, I have done something to my knee. I am doing upper body work at home using small weights to keep my body magic going.

finally gotten some exercise in :) looking after the inlaws dog for a week, so dropped my car off for MOT this morning and walked her for an hour back to house. :)
 
Bit of a slow start for me this month as dance classes have stopped for Ramadan - but I finally started running again on Sunday after 6 weeks off and I'm starting the C25K again (partly because I was worried about how much I'd lost of my fitness and the partly because of my phone dying I've lost my records and want to get them back).
