I'm new to this site, but wanted to start an August challenge (I know I'm a little late, but we're only 10 days in
).
My challenge is:
(First number is what I am aiming to lose, during August)
(Second number is what I have lost, so far, in August)
(Third number is what I will write in, at the end of August)
(Fourth Day, is my weigh in day)
Thisismytime 7lb - 0lb - 0lb - Mondays
