August challenge

Don't give up, 1.5lbs is at least a loss. But I know slow losses that you can't see or feel can be very off putting.
Sometimes the body just holds on to the fat but eventually it has no choice but to let go. I bet next week you will see a bigger weight loss.

I wish I could take my own advice, for me it just seems impossible to lose weight. This week I have gained 2lbs :-( I think I will fail this month's challenge. I will write everything this week and hopefully find some will power and get myself back on track

Last week now so make it count.
 
So 3lb off for me this week which actually only came off in the last 2 days I was getting worried about no loss. Am getting close to the next goal barrier so hope to break through that in the next few weeks.

Congrats!!

Challenge failed for me
Lost 6lbs 1st week and gained back 1.2lbs

So i guess overall i only lost 4.8lbs in 1 month and i will soon run out of slim and save packs

Im thinking to just to the low carb high fat lifestyle
