Not sure if this article is being positive or negative? However, they have some fantastic before and after photos of successful people who have achieved their goals on the Cambridge Plan.:D

I live here in Oz (a UK expat) and the Cambridge diet is only just establishing itself. When I arrived 8 years ago there was only one consultant in Melbourne now there are a number. However the article reads as though the idea of VLCD is new - it is not. There are a number of programs available here and have been for many years, the biggest being Optifast. It's just they are pharmacist run programs.
