Porridge and berries

Pasta. Alpen light 3,pot of fruit. Fish and chip crisps 4
Tea
Salad. Bit of salmon, bit of pork and a jacket potato. Bit of mayo 0.5
Syns so far 7.5
 
It's IT help desk dealing with internal employees and employers of company's such as royal mail, parcel force, transport of London, A-on, and few others
 
So I thought I'm going to give green a go this week. Is there anything I need to know. As this will be the 1st time I've done it
I thought it might make me think and focus a little with not doing it before
I've read my green book.
But what else can you tell me ?
I've got for lunch tommorow
Pasta with 115g tuna. Sweetcorn and 2tbsp of 70% less fat salad cream (2)
Tea
Will be jacket potato with beans and veg?
What's that sound like
Anyone got ideas for green meals

I worked for the banks call centre. It was a private bank so we did a lot more than normal call centres because we death with credit cards and overdrafts.. As well as loads of other stuff. Don't miss it one bit tho. Not one bit!
 
Day 1 of green. Done
Breakfast
35g porridge.(hexb) Milk(hexa). Berries half tea spoon of nutella (2)
Lunch
Pasta.sweetcorn.115g tuna.salad cream (2) apple.grapes.banana
Tea
Jacket potato baked beans. Low low (hexa)


Tommorow tea will be 3 bean chilli.and rice

It was so lush. Definitely plenty for another day. And will make that again

And sooo full.

Left over chilli and rice. Little bit of pasta

Syns 2 bags of weight watcher crisps things 7 Syns all together.
Muller light yogurt. O Syns and a banana.

Hexb.4 slices of nimble with marmite.
Lunch
Pasta. Tuna. Sweetcorn. Salad cream (2)
Banana. Apple.ww crisps (3)
Tea
3 bean chilli again. Love it. And rice.
Chocolate animals small pack (4)
 
Not sure green is the right plan for me as I weigh in monday this week and I've Sts. Up to now What I think I'll do is swap for red today and over the weekend and see what happens then. Maybe then stop on red with a few ee says.
