I'm a bit boring really, I eat them plain with a salad....

What you could do with the stone afterwards is grow it into a plant. I did that a couple years ago and the plant was going strong until I went to visit family and husband didn't look after it and it died... :-(

i chop mine up with crisped up bacon and chuck it in a salad with caesar dressing, nom nom.

I like to halve it, take out the stone and fill the whole with crispy bacon and grated cheese then pop into the oven for a bit. Yum! Kind of like loaded potato skins! I have mine with chilli.
