Avatar Problem

Sorry to bother but I am very good with computers and I could not understand why I don't have the option of putting up a custom one (my own pic).

I went to UserCP
Then went to Edit Avatar
The only option on there was No Avatar
I did not have any other option to upload a photo. Is this because I am new and it has to be allowed? any help?

Once you have posted 20 times it will let you have an avator hun xxx

I can put up a picture. it is always nice seeing the people that we write to everyday

Read this, it just might help. You should be able to upload an avatar after 20 posts.
Are you going to User CP and Edit Avatar?

Yes I did what the help pages say but I think the site needs some time to catch up to my 20 posts lol. I have been told that it should be fine in 1 hr.
