You need to go to the user cp (top left) and upload a picture from there. There is a step by step guide in the tutorial section

Its also the bit where you add, your height, weight, and any other little snippets of info. I typed something onto word and tried to attach it but it said invalid file?

In that area you would only be able to manually type the answers. I cant see a field under edit your details which would allow you to upload a windows file. If you tried to paste it into the URL link then it would be invalid as it would only accept a webpage.

Is this what you mean, or am I misunderstanding you?

yes i think that was what i meant. not very good on the old computers.
