average lost in 12 weeks?

ok, so iv been shopping around, and iv been comparing LL to the CD and im trying to get an idea of what the average weight loss in 12 weeks is. LL claim 3 stone in 13 weeks, and lots of followers on the minimins forum claim similar stories.

iv been having a gander on the CD forum, and stories seem to vary so much.

It will be between 3 and 4 stone for you I would imagine

I lost 5 stone in 12 weeks on CD and the same 3 years ago when I did LL.I don't think the weight losses are any different on the 2 diets.

I am only week 9 and am 32lb down so I should be about the 3 stone mark at 12 weeks

The weight losses are the same its just the price difference and the CBT.

I have done both and my losses were just the same on both, but unfortunately when I did LL the counsellor was terrible and we didnt do hardly any CBT so resented paying the extra for not getting the service hence swapping to CD.

Saying that though if I had had the CBT then I wouldnt need to be doing CD now and will have to start to do some CBT once at goal.

So if you are only concerned about weight loss there is no difference, but if you need cbt and can afford the £66 a week then LL would be better.
