Avice needed for Eating week

did my aamw last week, week13 was great to eat, had spring greens as cabbage, was lovely.
finding it tough this week so am doing ss+
enjoy the food x
Hiya, you shouldn't face too much of a battle as you don't come out of ketosis so don't feel hungry. How about a little balsamic vinegar on your salad, it's yum!

balsamic vinegar, black pepper, lemon juice and some crushed up basil is lovely as a salad dressing. it's fat free so should be allowed.
The dressing sounds lovely but I dont think you have have lemon juice because of the citric acid, it can knock you out of ketosis
