Avidlite vs CS

Hi,
I am thinking to getting back on CS but the financial site is holding me back.
Some of you are mentioning the avidlite being cheaper.
What is it, where do you get it from and how it differs taste wise comparing to CS.

Voodoo tried the avidlite. not as cheap as it seems as 2 soups make up a meal.

i am currently on exante, which is 25 a week but no need to add food if you don't wish. or 3 shakes a day plus a meal

No 2 soups don't make a meal if you are choosing the right mrp products. They are very nice flavours, I would recommend them.
