I got a couple in my veg box this week.... I know they're not particulalry SW friendly at 14 syns for an average sized whole fruit, but I can't throw them away, or leave them to rot!

I was going to make guacamole out of one to have with chilli next week, but I'm not sure what to do with the other one.... I don't want to eat more than half of one in one sitting because of the syn value....

Any ideas?

I sometimes slice them on top of ryvita with a bit of philadelphia cream cheese - its a really nice combo which you can spice up by mixing a bit of cayenne and paprika into the cream cheese if you like a hot kick. :)
