I stayed exactly the same this week, but I have been out to dinner and have nibbled at bits and pieces in between SSing so I'm lucky not to have put on weight, I am just trying to limit the damge now and get xmas out of the way.
 
Hi Kazz, Yes I was relieved to not put any on, feel a bit sorry that I wasted a week, but you've got to have a life too, xmas is hard on us dieters!

I was thinking of you today cos I went to see my mum, who I haven't seem for a few weeks ( i'm such a crap daughter) and she was beside herself over how much weight I have lost, she couldn't believe it, kept telling me not to lose anymore now, I had to keep reminding her that I am still actually considered to be obese in the bmi thingy, but she wouldn't have it lol!
So your family will get a huge shock when you go home !! have a lovely Christmas xxx

I had xmas day and half of boxing day off the diet and put on 2lbs and then I got back on the packs and have lost the 2lbs, so all in all I am happy with that, not too much damage done, mind you because of xmas I don't think I will hit my target of 11st 6lbs on 1st Jan.
I am carrying on with AAM because I am on my last 8 days with cambridge, can't afford to do it in jan/feb and have to go on and try something else.
But I am still going to come on here and carry on weighing in each week.

I'm back on the CD wagon

:wave_cry: I love the new smilies...

I'm back... 6lbs heavier, but not too unhappy about that because it's been ages since I last weighed in properly and I have been on holiday to Goa as well.
But the time has come to stop messing about and get the last 2 - 2.5st off before the summer comes and the only way I will do it is to do CD SS, I restarted today and see my counsellor tomorrow to restock packs, I haven't been eating many carbs so I hope ketosis will kick in quickly, watch this space!!:D

6lbs. gain is not bad for being away on holidays.

If you have cut down on carbs you should be in ketosis sooner rather than later.:)

I have struggled badly this week :sigh:
Now I know what people are talking about when they say the first time doing ss is the best! It was so hard, I couldn't stop nibbling long enough to get into ketosis, I've been so hungry.

I gave up trying to SS in the end and took the pressure off myself and am doing 790 plan, so am very pleased with the 4lbs off, hopefully I will get into the swing of it and when I have days that I feel I can SS I will do so.

I'm not updating my ticker till I lose the 2lbs and am back at 11st 9.5lbs, it will give me something to work at.
