They tend to vary in syns however I would say they are usually between 5-6 syns

None of the ww meals count as a HEXb so you wouldn't be able to have one as a b choice

A and b choices are carefully selected by SW for the calcium or fibre content, it isn't strictly down to their calories. SW regularly update the healthy extra lists, so if a food isn't on there, it is likely not a healthy extra. Hope that helps
