No not bad at all, if it fits on plan and keeps you going. I eat choc most nights usually too. Still lose weight so why not?!

Yeah that's what I thought. With weight watchers it's not really about specific groups of food, more energy deficit. So if its calories (points) in out then ill be ok. Like I've said a million times, this is a life change! Not a race, I'm trying to make my menu as close to my normal day when not dieting, so if rather do it like this then when I'm at go start to think about healthier options! X

Well I had a cheeky weigh! And I lost what I gained so all is good in the hood!!!

Have managed to do shred level 2 for 4 co security days now so that has to have some effect!! X

I e totally neglected this thread. Because I made a switch to cambridge diet, just wanted a speedier weight loss. So far I've lost a stone! Which I'm pleased about!! I will keep at this until I get to 10.7 them I will be back on here to finish what I started with healthy diet and exercise! I hope you ladies are all doing well and being massive losers!!! Haha! Xx
