    Is this where I can actually start a food diray as I am struggling to understand what I can and cannot eat :-(

    that depends hun, what diet are you doing?? This section is for any day to day diaries, food, weight loss journeys or personal, totally up to you.

    Or you can see if there is a section for the diet you are on and pop over there.

    Hi, ok well I am starting out on Slimmingworld - starting weight 10 stone

    18th June 2009

    Breakfast
    1 Slice of Seeded Batch Warburtons Bread
    Butter (Lurpack Lighter Spreadable)
    Jam
    1 x cup of tea, semi skimmed milk no sugar

    Lunch
    Fresh Chicken Breast Sandwiches, in Seeded Batch Warburtons Bread (4 slices)
    3 x Clemantines
    1 x Apple
    2 x Activia Fat free Yoghurts

    Dinner
    3 rashers of bacon (removed all fat)
    2 slices of Seeded Batch Warburtons Bread
    Butter (Lurpack)
    Cup of tea (white no sugar)

    Half qtr Pouund Grapes
    2 x Clemantines
    2 x Activia Fat free Yoghurts
    1 x Toasted Tea Cake

    Dinner
    3 rashers of bacon (removed all fat)
    2 slices of Seeded Batch Warburtons Bread
    Poached Egg
    Butter (Lurpack)
    Cup of tea (white no sugar)
