Hi ladies & gents

I have been on ca,bridge diet ss before and done really well nearly 3 stone lost4 years ago. Since then ive gained back over a stone after stopping smoking in june this year yay go me !!!! Only as we All know when u give up Cigs the weight jus piles on, i feel im over the hurdle of quitting cigs i now need to concentrate on me and get my figure and confidence back Im actually really excited about but remember how difficult it is to stick to what do u all do to keep you going and making shakes ect More interesting i used to make crisps from the chilli soups lol Xx

Welcome back I'm sure you'll be fine :) oo you can make crisps with soup? I never knew that lol
 
Soup crisps are lovely :) I always used to have a cup of bouillion to go with the crisps.
 
You need one of those silicone liners for baking.Basically you mix the soup with a bit of water to make it gloopy and put teaspoonfuls on the liner and then stick it in the microwave for around a minute(experiment till it's right-all microwaves are different).You can make them as big or as small as you like.Lovely and crunchy.

Thinking what I'm going to do as we'll once I've finished Cambridge and lost a good stone or 2 I'm going go on slimfast because you eat and snack on that so hopefully will keep the weight off (that's the plan anyway)
Just hope ketosis Hurrys up lol!!!

slimfast has a lot more carbs so watch out it doesn't set off food cravings

When your near target or at target your much better following a low carb, low fat and high protein diet of around 1200-1500 calories. Something that can set you up for life x
 
I tried slimfast once-made me crave sweet stodgy food.A friend likes it though and doesn't get the same cravings.I think I'd rather not use it though.
 
When i was on This diet before it does become very boring and i found a part on this website where it gives ideas how to make your shakes/soups more exciting the Crisps are great it was the Chilli Soups i used for this was a bit different as i love crisps so made me super happy i could do this :)

I actually really excited this time around i dont start till Thursday so making the most of things just now this time of year feel all ive done is munch for last 2 weeks./...

Hey if i can quit fags i can do this and lose the weight i hope xx will get hard and looking forward to using this place as my support and to support others :)

So how long have you all been on Cambridge and what have u all lost so far xx
 
Day one for me. Did Cambridge successfully in 2008 and managed to lose 5 stone in 3 months. Hoping to replicate that success this time but plough on through and lose an additional 5 stone too... hmm

Good Luck with it all Cazza , i am sure you will achieve your goal , u seem a bit like myself very motivated and confident YOU CAN DO IT & will do it just need to be in correct Mind set :) xxx
 
I'm on day...um..4 :D Will be weighing in on Friday morning on my scales..not till next Monday on CD scales but as I started a few days before I saw her I'm going to go by my scales :)

Day 4 2 days ahead of me lol!
Feel ruddy awful today, feeling dizzy, headaches not a good day, I have just chilled all day and laZed and watched tv just had a bath to.. To pass the time!
Looking forward to tea (at 6pm) yay!!!
