Back after 7 years !!

Hi everyone, in 2004 I lost 3 stone on Lighter Life and felt fantastic. However I didn't do maintenance and I put all the weight back on plus more, within a couple of years.

I've tried to diet over the last few years with no success. I'm now the heaviest I've ever been but I start tomorrow.... in a class, as a beginner.

I'm so ready for this, I can't wait to start losing weight and this time to keep it off.

This forum is great, very encouraging and I'm sure I'll be here ALOT.

I need help on this journey and hopefully I'll get it here.
