Back after two weeks of cheating.

I completed my first seven days really well, and I've had the odd day over the past 2 weeks where I've been v good - but I generally have not been doing well. Very gutted because I could very well have lost a stone as it would have been day 22. But there we go, such is life! I'm hoping to persevere this time, and to be a little bit thinner for summer.

Welcome back :) I find it really hard getting back in the zone on this diet, but it's so worth it if you can persevere. Just keep your eye on that goal for the summer. Good luck :)
