So towards the end of 2014 i began Sole Source and after 3 months I had lost 4 stone. I looked and felt amazing. I never let a morsel of food past my lips. It was an interesting Christmas to say the least. I started a new job and got very busy. I started to grab something easy at lunch thinking I was at an ok weight now what's the harm but then the hunger came and the fast food. I found myself back to my old weight and depressed. Last Saturday I just got sick of it and drove down to my consultant and now I'm on day 7 and starting to feel like I'm getting back to myself. I'm getting weighed tomorrow, wish me luck!
