Hiya everyone, I havent started another diet yet, going to try weight watchers soon, but I've gained weight and keep bingeing. Im feeling totally lost and down.:(

My heads a mess after the split and ive lost any confidence I had. I went to the doctors and all they gave me was anti depressants  Which I dont want to take.

I tried eating heathly but its just gone back to bad habits.:(

Aww sweetie. It's tough innit :(

Eating healthily sounds okay in theory, but it's so difficult if the head isn't in the right place.

Try reading some of the stuff on here about bingeing and see if you can get your head around that for the time being...until you get to WW.

Bingeing is soul destroying isn't it.

Lot of hugs in the meantime.

I know it is easy to say but try not to binge,it will only make you feel worse in the long run.
