Well, I'm back again. Put on weight and feel crap! Started swimming most days. Taking the dog for longer walks...Hopefully this time I'll stick at it. I find it hard this time of year...want comforting food :break_diet:
There's loads of comforting foods you can have with are either synfree or low syns. Things like veg lasagne, corned beef hash, cheese and potato pie.
Have a look at Capricorn's diary (Shedding the Wobble), she has some fantastic recipes to try. She's a real inspiration to me and others on here. She's lost 6.5 stone in only a few months.
