Hi all, I was here in the past (my name was TattyMoo). I'm back to try again now that I have moved house and am all settled. I start on Monday and I have 4 stone to lose. Going to set myself small regular goals to keep me going xx

hey!

similar goals/weight here two. im in week 4 now, and finally got my mind set right. just finished a 100% ss+ week. feeling very chuffed having just lost another 4lbs.
