Hey all, was naughty last tues+wed, but been good since, back on track again. Turns out I cant cook any more as I end up picking which leads to scoffing, so the kitchen is out of bounds for me for the next few weeks. Probably no weight loss this week as a result which made me quite bummed for a while but my mood is fine again. Weigh in is not till Tuesday so guess its wait and see...
