Good morning all fellow CDers have been away for a year, which seems to have flown past, have only gained 7 lbs, which is easy to shift now for the other 21 lbs which i have decided now needs to come off

Day 3 at the mo, and as always a difficult day so will be on here all day lol x

i have just started on the CD, after stopping for the xmas break. only gained 4llbs
