back for another attempt

back once again
Hi all

Well here I am again, giving it another go.

I lost around 2 stone roughly 1 1/2yrs ago. After a very emotionally stressful year i have found myself doing the 'ole comfort eat' routine on a very regular basis.

I have attempted other diets such as SF and other food replacement shakes (tasted horrible) and havent been able to get myself into the right frame of mind to make a success of it.

I have put all of my weight back on that I lost plus more :( and am now the heaviest that I have ever been in my life!

Someone took a pic of me on a night out recently and i thought OMG i need to get myself sorted out,

I have spinal problems which are made worse by carrying the extra weight and I resent going shopping as I feel that nothing looks right on me.

After weeks of 'thinking about it' First step has been taken ( appointment with CDC tomorrow evening ) I dont think I will be doing SS this time, it will most likely be 810.

So, onwards and downwards. :)

Welcome back Debs

Good luck with CD 810 plan, be sure to let us know how you get on tomorrow evening!

back once again
hi all :)

Thanks for the good wishes :)

had my CDC appointment last night, started on SS today, feel ok-ish, just had my second shake, feel a bit headachy but my TOTM has chosen to put in an appearance today (typical) so i am putting it down to that.

Got weighed last night, nearly passed out! what a shocker, I weigh more than what I thought but its only made me more determined to stick with it all the way through to maintenance this time.

Hubby goes for his CDC appointment tonight so we will be tackling this together :)

First weigh in on Tues evening next week.

I am sick of all the extra weeing already lol.

Debs xx

back once again
oh and i took the bull by the horns and started on SS instead of 810 (i must be loopy) but I know if i struggle too much i can jump up a plan so its nice to have that as a back up :)

good that you're back in the 'zone' and also great that you have a cambridge partner in your hubby x

back once again
Hi Becky

Hubby is back from his first appointment, he got a shock on the scales too, lol.

My first day hasn't been too bad, he starts SS tomorrow so I will only be cooking a meal for my son now.

Debs :)
