Hey Crafty Girl, I also know plenty about wasted years when it comes to dieting - we're doing it now that's the main thing :) best of luck with your goals in 2018!

Went for blood pressure review today at doctors. BP was 120/60 way down from usual 170/90 last year. All down to eating more healthy and walking more. Have started parking further from work and plan on walking to and from work once light nights come as not happy walking home in the dark. It is 2 miles each way so easily doable now I am a lot fitter.
