Hey I tried slimming world back in the summer and lost a stone and a half but then went on a 3 night cruise and had my bday and Xmas and put it all back on :(

I joined class again 4 weeks ago and have lost 10 and a half pounds :) I'm aiming for 3 and a half loss this week to get my stone award.

This is going to be my year!! For me and my son :)

Today I have had -

2 alpen light bars (hexB)
banana
Apple

Chicken mugshot (free)
Mullerlight (free)

Fredo bar (5 syns??)

Jacket potato with baked beans and cheese (free and hexA)
Half a sweet potato

Pitta bread pizza with mushrooms, pineapple and onions

I am really excited to make diet coke chicken tomorro night saw it on you tube looks yummy :)

Having Chinese tonight with the family for a bday so not going to eat much today so I don't feel too guilty and going for a long walk!!

Breakfast - go ahead slices (syns??) apple and sultana slices.

Lunch - nando's - chicken breast in pitta bread with salad
Spicy rice regular (3 syns)

Mullerlight yoghurt

Dinner - diet Coke chicken and sw chips
Loved this dinner!! And all free :) made it for first time tonight yummy!

Creme egg.

Not a great day :(
