Back frm hols help!!

    Hi all....... Having bein on here in ages as my iPhone was broke :( but fixed now yayyy!!! Anyway was in Spain for 2weeks an put on 3 an half pounds which wasn't bad so was back in ww last week an put Another half pound :( I js need some tips to get back into the mind frame Any ideas???? :)

    I guess your ready to do it when your ready but i wouldnt 'wait' waiting sometimes turns into never, start asap and just keep going that way you dont need to think about it your just doing it

    you'll lose that in no time,,we went to Florida last Oct for 2 weeks and i put on 11lbs:( just remember why you joined in the first place,,good luck!!
