Back from Atkins!

    So I went on holiday and when I came back 3 weeks ago I decided I couldn't get back to CD so decided to do Atkins.I lost the couple of pounds I had gained on hols and have stayed the same weight for the last week or so as I had a few nights out.

    I haven't been feeling great though and I really think it's the diet. So sick of sausages and eggs! Grr and although people on the atkins board keep saying that u need to eat fat to lose fat i just cant bring myself to load up on fatty food!!

    so I have decided to do CD again for the last half a stone I got left to be at my ultimate goal for my wedding in 8 weeks. I've got a few packs left so gonna have those and then see my CDC.. The whole dieting is really getting to me now though, that's on top of all the wedding stress. Can't wait until it's all over!!

    as you know hun i'm on atkins this week cause of hols and i haven't been feeling well either i thought it as just the weather or something.
    i do eat the fats i tend to have butter and cream but i still feel ill its a odd feeling head feels funny and kind of do feel not healthy i think it must be cause we are missing a vit cd supplied us. i thought i'd never say this but i will be glad to get back to cd. not even started my hols yet.

    I just felt like being sick everytime I ate anything, I honestly don't know how anyone can do it for a long time.

    How long are u way for? Maybe worth just doing low carb and healthy rather than high fat. Cereal for breakfast or an omlette, nice salad for lunch then steak n veg or a nice seafood option for dinner. I usually do this and never gain more than a couple of pounds and that's usually b'cuz of drinking lol

    Just read ur other post, looks as though we are the same sort of size, 8-10 x

    Mostly raw vegan
    welcome, as an almost vegetarian I could never cope with an Atkins or Duncan diet...I'm pretty sure it's not good for the body and your overall health.

    Yea I really don't see how u can do a veggie version lol
    Just had my first CD bar, the toffee one which is my fave. Just have to drink tons of water now ;)
