Back from hols and put on 6lbs!

I've missed checking the messages to see how everyone's been getting on, how much everyone's lost and am pleased to see the same old names and a few new ones.

I went away for 3 weeks and managed to stick to CD for about 60% of my holiday, but still managed to put on an amazing 6lbs! Just as well I did do CD during some of the holiday, as I hate to think how much more would of gone back on.

I really need a kick up the bum as I keep starting off in the morning on CD, then finding something to eat and thinking, I'll start again tomorrow. I really do want to lose this weight as I can't stand the thought of another summer wearing a black cardigan to cover all my bits - I'm sick of feeling this way.

Has anyone put of after a holiday and managed to get back to it after several false starts?

How do you keep yourself motivate to stay on CD whilst on holiday? I'm due to go away again in 5 weeks and really want to stick to it whilst away, but obviously need to get in the right frame of mind and have lost enought to keep me motivate when I go.
