well i stuck to ss 100% o the fri, then on sat morn got a text from cdc saying that as i`m doing a 10k run next week, cambridge HO said i should be on 1000program for at least a week.
so to kick myself outta ketosis and get eating.
so as i had no idea what 1000 programme involved, i just had the weekend off.
didn`t go too nuts, but am 4lbs up on weight already.
but i need to start 1000 tom morn, gonna go through my book in bit, but can any one give me a rough idea of what i should be eating in a day etc....
