back from long weekend!!!!!

    well i stuck to ss 100% o the fri, then on sat morn got a text from cdc saying that as i`m doing a 10k run next week, cambridge HO said i should be on 1000program for at least a week.
    so to kick myself outta ketosis and get eating.
    so as i had no idea what 1000 programme involved, i just had the weekend off.
    didn`t go too nuts, but am 4lbs up on weight already.
    but i need to start 1000 tom morn, gonna go through my book in bit, but can any one give me a rough idea of what i should be eating in a day etc....

    hi, it seems step 4 is 1200, not 1000
    so that is what i`m on 1200!!!!!!!!!!!
    doubt i`m gonna lose any weight this week.
    she said i can go back to 810 after the run

    can i eat anything on 1200 plan,
    just try and be sensible.
    is there not a list of what i can and cant have???

    this feels very rushed, really wanted to move up a step at a time, dont really feel ready for this

    in my book it says-
    1200=
    breakfast= 1 cd shake and a 250 kcal breakfast
    lunch= 1cd and a 200/300 kcal meal
    tea= 370kcal meal
    and 284mls skimmed milk.

    in the yellow book they do suggest meals along with some recipes.

    hi hun,
    sorry no more info to add other than what susan has said about looking in your book.
    just wanted to say good luck for the run, dont worry about it if you gain, it will come off next week.
