Back here after 3 years. help...

I havent logged in for 3 years in that time I had 2 more babies and gained massive amount of weight. time has come to do something about it and as i have loads to lose i need a vlcd.

Is there any new ones that have came out in the last 3 years? please update me.. i need the cheapest one

Any advice would be gratfully recieved./

Hi! First of all good luck to you restarting!

I was also on the hunt for basically the cheapest VLCD and went with Avidlite. I was tempted by Exante but the choices in the bumper packs didn't suit me (for one, I'm allergic to mushrooms and there is mushroom soup, I can't afford to not have any of the packs I buy!). I ended up going with Avidlite. Still waiting on my delivery but I am pretty sure from the pics and choices that they are the same as New You - who have a lot of decent info on their website.
