It's a very new perspective so I'll let you know how it works out. Haha. When I was following plan on the majority of days and going to the gym 3 times a week I was losing 3lbs a week so 4.5/5 wasn't that much of a difference. Plus, I'm TECHNICALLY on a first week again after being off plan for the vast majority of the last 3 months.
