Oh dear, after a good 1st week (-3.5lb) i had a gain in 2nd week (0.5) and have had a very off plan day today. Oh well, line is drawn under it and i am well and truly on the wagon as from tomorrow. Feel free to give me some stern words of advice as i need it ;). x
