Well I went off the wagon on the weekend, mostly with carb rich foods, won't go into details. But got straight back on yesterday and have a slight headache today and weigh where I was last week.
I need to up my water intake a lot as I have been struggling with it.
I'm now going to re-read my reasons for doing this diet as it does encourage me although I'm feeling fine and re-focused again.

I will be having weekends off like this every so often as I have given myself this whole year to lose the weight and not a short period so now and again I will do this.

Well done on getting back on it!
Giving yourself a year to lose the weight I'd great too, I suppose then you can still have the odd break and not feel guilty!
