The plan I mean :D

Not that I've been particularly off plan, but I have been very careless and lazy for the past few days. It may well result in a gain come Friday (my new wi day).
However, I'm not going to let that thought get me down!

I'm shopping after work today to get my essentials in and stock my fridge, freezer and cupboards. I'm also going to start a new diary to keep track of what I'm eating and how I'm feeling.

Felt I had to share that with you all and make myself accountable so that I don't continue on the wrong track :cross:

Thanks ladies. It always seems to be when the shopping is running low that I get lazy and careless. If we'd have done a shop on Fri/Sat/Sun I wouldn't be in the place now lol.

It's so easy to let things slide and get lazy, so well done you for recognising that and getting back on plan. I had a couple of weeks where I wasn't 100% commited and like you am now back on plan. Good luck with your planning and the week ahead
