Thanks again guys! I didn't start up on LT again as the day I started I was really sick and was ill the whole weekend. Didn't think it was a good idea! I am now on placement (I'm training to be a teacher) and feel I need the energy to cope with the little horrors so I'm going to hold off at the moment and maybe start up again after Christmas if I've not lost any more pesky lbs!
