Back on Plan after having baby

A bear on a mission!
I've still been on here during pregnancy but didn't stick to plan so tomorrow I'm starting again.

I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight 14st 7lbs and would love to lose 3 stone.

I'm going to be doing it alone at home as with 2 little ones I won't be able to get to class. Lets hope that I don't get pregnant again as every time I start SW and I'm losing well I fall pregnant...:eek:

Anyway lets hope I can get to my goal this time..

Congratulations on your baby :) and good luck. I think SW is a great diet to do after you have had kids. So easy to stick to and plenty of good food.
