Hi All,My names Nathan im 32.So managed to nail a 14st to 11st goal just over a year and a half ago on SW. Since then my better half had my beautiful little baby boy.Life got in the way and unfortunately piled the weight back on and am back to 14st. So yesterday I dusted off the actifry pulled out our outfitsthat we want to fit into again, ditched the high syn stuff from our kitchen cupbords and stocked the fridge with free and superfree. Just wanted to say HELLO to everyone. I have used the site for inspiration over the years many times but never actually joined so here I am!Nathan xx
