Back on Slimming World Adventure - Staceys World

    Hi There
    So i have previously have been on SW before and lost nearly 3 stone so i no it works

    i started on 06.02.2014 and lost -4lbs
    2nd week 13.03.2014 lost -3lbs
    3 week 20.03.2014 gained +1/2 lb
    4 week 27.03.2014 gained +1/2 lb
    5 week 03.04.2014 stayed the same 13stone 6lbs
    my daily food diary contained mainly the same kind of foods

    this week - monday
    B - Brown flakes - red milk - cuppa tea/ red milk , (no sugar or sweetener)
    L - Tomato or Minestrone soup
    D - 1 chicken breast with some seasoning , large salad ( lettus , toms , cucumber , onion , pepper )
    Snacks - Muller fat free yoghurt , french fries , maybe a pack of strawberrys throughtout the day .


    Some where i have been going wrong my adviser has said its the soup so this week i intend to swap the soups for salads

    today i have had

    B - Brown flakes - red milk - cuppa tea
    L - Large salad - lettuce , tomotos , onion , cucumber , 1 slice ham ( one spoon of salad dressing low fat) 1 egg
    D - to be advised
    hopefully this will help me this week

    i just tend to eat the same kind of food and get kind of bored this week im going to try different things - im kind of fussy !! lol and boring
    if any one has any suggestions i would love your help and support !!

    I also go gym 4 times a week and do around 3 miles on running machine (50 mins) 20 mins on cross trainer 20 mins on bike and some light weights and floor exercise

    Hope this week goes better ! ohh and on a plus i have now stopped smoking for nearly 5 weeks yippy !!
