Back on SW

    A new year is exactly what I need to kick start a weight loss. I have successfully lost 3.5 stone on CD but have put on 1.5 st. It may not be huge but makes a big difference to my clothes and my mood.
    I like SW for it's flexibility and variety and it is just too damn cold to be SS for me. Just had a hearty ratatouille and pasta but choc cake slipped in.
    I will try hard to do this. Bring on the success!

    Thanks. I love fruit so I've snacked on a banana and a satsuma. It's a shame sultanas have syns as I could eat loads of those.

    Good luck! Sultanas are a healthy extra though right? I hope so because you've given me a craving for them now!
