    Hi guys,

I'm back on TFR for 4 days now and foundit alot more difficult 2nd time round, the only way i managed through the first 3/4 days was by using Sibruatimine to suppress my hunger and after that ketosis naturally did anyway.

    Hope this helps some people.

    - Minimin

p.s. Hi everyone!! Wish me luck!!

Good luck with the restart. Hopefully getting over the first few days will be the hardest then time will fly and you will soon be at your goal. :)

Thanks hun. One thing i have noticed so far is i feel much better than the first time i did it and seem to be more offput by food. Not getting as much headaches either or dizzy spells (hardly anyone). Drinking much more water too.

Well dats great news. Im sure it will go really well there are so many people who returned for a second time and they all done so well. You will be no different. Water is a miracle cure for almost everything on this diet I cant believe i ever lived with drinking no water.
