Back on the diet tomorrow

    Have had the weekend off. As it's my hubby's 40th next week and he has been on the diet as well. And this is what he has been wanting to do was to eat and drink "normally" can't do it on his birthday as he tends to work long hours. Unfortunately he has still been ruling with his eyes and not his brains. Stupid moi left it up to him to order the food, hence him buying way too much, hence having 2 days eating instead of the orginal one day and there is still tons of stuff that needs to be chucked out.

    Going to e-mail the CDC and ask to pop down a day later, give me a chance to get back in to ketosis and try and lose what weight i may of put on.

    Still need to get him a pressie. Might get him some smaller clothes.
