Back on the diet

I'm back again, having had to come off the diet for just over a week because i've been ill. I'm still not feeling great but am going to just eat loads of fruit and veg and be really healthy.

I was very worried about what the scales would say this morning but i have stayed the same. I had put on a bit initially and had stopped weighing myself for the last couple of days. I had to get on the scales several times today as i couldn't believe that i hadn't put on.

Today is going well so far, with less than 300 calories for breakfast. I've got to wait till 12 before i can have lunch. I find that setting myself a time to eat helps when i am at home. Fingers crossed i will manage to start loosing again soon.
