Back on the wrong track!!!!

I started back on the diet this monday gone,managed to do go monday to wednesday ssing but then thrusday came.
I work monday to wednesday so that is the part that was easy to manage but on thrusday I'm at home with my little one so being at home...I started picking. Sunday today and It seemed like it got under control but I cooked pasta for my girls and.... I ended up sweeping their left overs.
I have been doing this diet since the 22-11-10 and the beginning wasn't hard at all ,just got adjusted very well but I went on holidays on the 12th january ,started having 2 shakes a day and a meal on the evening but on day 4 bought a packet of biscuit and that was the beggining of the end.I dindn't eat it all there and then just was picking and picking that is been my problem and the reason I am here in the first place.
So it is very difficult right to break that pattern at the m,oment but HAVE TO!!!!

Even that I have manage to lose 5lbs:eek: this weeks this is the wrong way.

You do need to stick to 3 packets a day, as they have all the extras in them to keep your hunger at bay. If you still feel hungry you need to have something in, thats just protein or low in carbs, just in case you want to eat and haven't the will power to stop. Then you can say no to the pasta, biscuits etc. I tend to make myself a mushroom omlette, its low in carbs and very satisfying

it is really really tough! try and re-focus on why u r doing this plan, what u r aiming for and keep it simple. plan your day, plan what time your having a shake/pack and plan your water so its evenly spaced out and ul know exactly where your at. i find this a huge help as its like stepping stones through a day for me. if i get hungry, its usually when i have 40 min to my next pack, and i have 4 a day rather than 3 which has been a huge help to me!! some days iv missed a pack but had an omlette with an allowable veg to satisfy me on the really tough days, and iv got through my 1st week :) HTH and good luck, u can do this!!! x

thank you guys,just think on what you are saying and you are complitelly right.just refocuse and I know where I wanna be,I tried some old close today,some that I dont use since I was pregnant with Zion,my eldest and 4 years old daugther and they fit soit had make me think that I can do it and that I can actually have a shape and a waist.I kno that this may sound vary silly but I wanna get there and you guys will help me get there.Thanks adn keep up with each of your good works.
