Back on track for the last time.

Loves life
Hi everybody,

I've re-started my diet today and I'm trying to think of all the little things I used to do to keep myself ontrack. The ones I can think of are:

1, Make sugar-free jellies up and leave in fridge to have with yogourt as a very low-cal snack.

2, Don't allow myself to get over-hungry - or I'll binge.

Any more idea's for keeping on track will be most welcome.

Tracey:)

Just noticed noones replied to you :(, rude *******. Sorry don't have any advice for you, just climbing back aboard the diet wagon myself, just wanted to wish you all the best of luck.

Ooh didn't realise they'd ** me. Ooops, can I just assure everyone it wasn't a very rude word, or particularly offensive. Better watch myself in future.

You can follow these methods also to diet. These methods are surely going to help you
Replace all added sugar beverages with plain water.
Eat and run.
Shut off the late night TV, Chew slowly, Go a little vegetarian.
Try one of the new salad dressing spritzers, which add flavor for just 10 calories.
Do 20 jumps for every five to 10 minutes.
Sit in front of the TV on a stability ball.
Sit upright and inhale deeply

I put grapes in the freezer in little bags and eat them instead of sweets - actually I did that before I was on a diet to keep cool in summer, might be getting a bit cold for that now!
