After a very busy week with work and meetings and then a wedding away from home at the weekend I have totally ruined the diet... So much so that I'm not even going to look at the scales as I know if I gain I will cry! Boohoo. So yesterday was day one of 8weeks at 100%. I managed it ok and wasn't too hungry so maybe I'll get into ketosis quite quickly this time. I was wondering if anyone had introduced the gym to their exercise plans within the first fortnight or do you think that would be a bit O.T.T? I don't wanna kill myself I just want rid of these last 28lb lol
