Back on track

    Well I started the year so well, losing about 7lbs. Bit it has been down hill since then and now I have nearly all the weight back on!!!

    So i am back in track this week, I have given up the demon fizzy juice. Now drinking diluted or water. Diet been good yesterday and today so let's hope I can continue :)

    Been to Gym today, finished of with a swim which was great. Did some exercises for my knees last night but have to start doing these every night as I know they do help :)

    Going to try and keep my Diary up to date as this will definitely help keep me motivated.

    Todays food

    Bran flakes and banana

    2 slices fruit loaf with little butter. Peach

    Ham, slimming world chips, beans. Pineapple

    Tracker cereal bar.

    Didn't really eat enough but will take a few days to get back into way of things.

    Well another day gone, not doing too bad today. Was visiting friend tonight so did have a couple of cakes, but did not eat much for tea.

    We have a Market on locally at the moment so I bought some yogurt covered banana's and raisin's, so I have had a few of them today also.

    Today's food

    Porridge

    Bread roll with butter and jam
    Yogurt banana/raisin chips - half a handful

    Paella (chrizo & chicken) small bowl
    Pineapple

    Strawberry tart
    Fairy cake with icing.
    Cappuccino

    Well not a good day today, took my daughter and her pal out for the day, ate bag of jelly babies!! Then late home so had chips for tea . shopping day tomorrow so will try and buy only goods things.

    Still of the fizzy stuff so that good, just got to try and up my water intake!

    Todays food

    Porridge :)

    2 slices fruit loaf with butter

    Chips and small piece of southern fried chicken.

    Jelly Babies
    Yogurt covered bananas and raisins (I have put the rest of these in bin as can't stop going back to them and they really are too sweet)

    Hi there islemissy... nice to meet you :) Your food stuffs are looking good so far! Well done! :) Can I ask which SW plan you're following? Just curious as it's always easy for newbies like me to look at what others are eating and see if I can follow suit :) Sometimes making menus from scratch with a book and your head can be a bit of a rollercoaster ride, hahaha! :)

    Hope the weather in bonny Scotland is treating you well? We've had some recent scorchers in southern England! Except today where it pee'd it down... and I chose to go to the funfair, lol! x

    Hello Mandes, I am trying to follow green days, but not very successful so far, did really well at beginning of year and hoping to get back n track soon, hoping writing here will help.

    Hopefully I will get back on track today as did my shopping today and bought lots of fruit and veg. Not easy following plan with school holidays and my sons on holiday from work. Hopefully be better next week as one son away on his Hols and the other will be back at work. Hoping to be good up till weekend, then I have friend home for a few days so prob not be so good.

    Weather here been great, had wet day on Thursday but today made up for it :)

    No breakfast today

    Lunch - sausage on a roll

    Dinner - enchiladas and lots of salad.
    Small individual lemon cheesecake.

    Tube of wine gums at cinema - went to see Bridesmaids - Brilliant :))

    Well not been good couple of days, local carnival on yesterday so had a latte and cake, then bought some doughnuts!!!

    Went out for Lunch today as only my daughter and I at home. Had fajitas and chips then ice-cream for pudding.

    Have had a packet of chilli crips but will hopefully only have yogurt later :-(

    Tomorrow the start of another week, but still on holiday and finding it really hard, as no routine and enjoying the rest.
